OTRA (Oxford Team Racing Academy) is for sailors from the age of 14 to 18 who are interested in team racing.  The squad is coached by George Barker from Radley College.  it is open to any good racing sailor.  The boats, which are firefly dinghies, are provided and the training takes place at Farmoor reservoir on a number of weekends throughout the year.
